Christin Spradley

Christin Spradley's work experience includes serving as the Senior Legal Director and Commercial Counsel at Stellar Development Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting the development of the open-source Stellar network. Christin is responsible for promoting financial empowerment and accessibility through the Stellar network. Additionally, they are a Member at Chief, a private network dedicated to advancing women in leadership positions. Previously, Spradley held various legal and leadership roles at OnDeck, where they served as the Vice President of Legal, Deputy General Counsel, and Head of Policy. Christin also worked as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and interned at Legal Aid of Cambodia. Prior to their legal career, they served as an International Development Agent with the United States Peace Corps and worked as a Research Assistant at Duke University Special Collections Library.

Christin Spradley attended Duke University from 2002 to 2006 where they obtained a BA in Political Science. Christin then went on to the University of Michigan Law School from 2009 to 2012 and earned a J.D. in Law. Christin Spradley also holds additional certifications such as the New York State Bar, being a Board Member of Women of OnDeck, being a Certified Diligent Administrator from Diligent Corporation, and being a Co-Chair of the Colorado Leadership Team at OnDeck.
