Emily Donald

Emily Donald has a diverse background in recruiting and talent acquisition. Emily began their career at High Fidelity, Inc. as a Technical Recruiting & Operations Manager, where they played a key role in growing the team from 8 to 80 employees across two states. Emily also implemented an ATS system and provided interview training, improving the overall candidate experience. Emily then joined Guideline as a Principal Recruiter, where they helped build a low-cost 401(k) solution for small and medium-sized businesses. Unfortunately, they were laid off due to a COVID-related hiring freeze. Currently, Emily is serving as the Director of Recruiting at the non-profit organization Stellar Development Foundation. In this role, they have successfully expanded the organization from 50 to 150 employees globally, making significant key hires along the way.

Emily Donald has a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the same university, completing it from 2010 to 2013. Emily'seducation history also includes an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Marin, which they acquired from 2008 to 2011.
