Sahar Bayat

Sahar Bayat is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both traditional and blockchain law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Stellar Development Foundation since August 2021, Sahar has previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, where responsibilities included assisting investment managers with regulatory compliance and drafting complex blockchain agreements. Earlier experience includes roles as Junior Contracts Attorney at Singularity University, Legal Volunteer at the Clemency Project at Loyola Law School, and various legal internships. Sahar holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Chapman University.
