Nadia Niazy has an extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Nadia started their career in 2009 as an Art Teacher at The Links Primary School. In the same year, they also worked as a Gallery Curator at the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture. In 2012, they took up a Digital Marketing project for Luxstyle.pk website and MomTalk. In 2015, they had a Summer Internship at FrieslandCampina. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd. in various roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead and Human Resources Specialist. In 2021, they joined Neo Financial and Harvest Builders as Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Partner respectively. Nadia is currently working as Manager Talent & Employer Brand at StellarAlgo since 2022, where they are responsible for Sportstech, Tech & Corporate talent scouting, Onboarding, Orientation, Employer Branding, and Recruitment Marketing. Nadia is actively hiring for Data Engineer, Software Developer and QA roles.

Nadia Niazy is currently enrolled in a Continuing Education program in HR Analytics at the University of Calgary. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Business Management in 2018. Nadia also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine/Studio Arts, General from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Fashion/Apparel Design from the same school.
