Brigitte du Preez

Brigitte Du Preez is a highly skilled Sensory Scientist and Researcher at Stellenbosch University since February 2021, with prior experience as a PhD Food Science candidate and Food Scientist at the same institution from September 2014 to December 2020. Brigitte gained early research experience as a Junior Researcher at the Agricultural Research Council and as an NPD Technologist/Trainee Flavourist at Kerry from December 2002 to December 2006. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Food Science (2017-2020), an MSc in Food Science (cum laude, 2012-2013), and a BSc in Food Science (Chemistry, 1999-2002), all obtained from Stellenbosch University. Education began at Bloemhof Girls' High from 1994 to 1998.
