Renee Leong

Renee Leong has an extensive work experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Renee currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain for Stem, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at ENGIE North America Inc., where they held the role of Chief Procurement Officer. In this position, they led the strategic sourcing and supply organization, transformed digital procurement processes, and built a resilient supply chain to support renewable energy generation in North America. Before ENGIE, Renee worked at Hess Corporation as the Head of Global Supply Chain-Indirect Strategic Sourcing and Head of IT Global Sourcing. In these roles, they managed worldwide spend, implemented strategic sourcing initiatives, and developed cloud sourcing strategies to support digital transformation. Earlier in their career, Renee held leadership positions at Monsanto and served as Director of Purchasing at Emerson Electric. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in category management, procurement transformation, and driving cost improvements while mitigating risks.

Renee Leong earned an Executive MBA in International Business from Saint Louis University between 2006 and 2008. Renee also holds an MBA in Finance from Fontbonne University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M) from the Institute for Supply Management.
