Jason Derock

Jason Derock is an accomplished high school student and active leader in the STEM and entrepreneurship fields. Currently serving as a SHAD Ambassador and Junior Achievement Ambassador, Jason promotes educational programs through social media and events. As the founder and president of the Investment Club at Archbishop MacDonald Catholic High School, Jason teaches peers about investing and finance while also participating as Vice President of the Junior Achievement Club. Experience includes outreach efforts for STEM Fellowship and participation in the Youth Education Minister Council, where Jason contributed to amendments in the Albertan education system. Jason has also worked as a Kumon Instructor and has volunteered in various educational and healthcare settings. An International Baccalaureate student, Jason is expected to graduate in 2024.
