Emilio Pack has a strong background in education and school administration. Emilio started their career at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where they served as the Founding Principal of Dr. Olga Mohan HS. Emilio later worked as the Director of New School Development for the same organization. In 2008, they joined Loyola Marymount University as an Associate Clinical Professor and Adjunct Professor. During their time at Loyola, they also served as an Executive in Residence. In 2012, Emilio founded Math and Science College Preparatory, a STEM-focused school aimed at preparing students for college and beyond. Emilio then became the CEO of Crown Preparatory Academy, where they prioritized creating a safe and high-quality educational environment for students. Currently, Emilio is the Chief Executive Officer of STEM Preparatory Schools.

Emilio Pack completed their education in a chronological order. Emilio obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University between 1986 and 1990. Then, from 1992 to 1995, they pursued a Master's Degree in Psychology at California State University, Los Angeles. Building on their previous education, Emilio Pack decided to pursue a higher level of education and achieved a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Pepperdine University between 2005 and 2008.

Additionally, Emilio Pack engaged in Executive Education at Stanford Graduate School of Business twice in their education journey. In an unspecified time, they participated in the Stanford Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders, where they focused on Business Administration and Management. Furthermore, in 2018, Emilio Pack attended the same program at Stanford Graduate School of Business, indicating their dedication to continued professional development in the field of nonprofit leadership.
