GERARD CASALE

Gerard Casale has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. GERARD is the Founder/Managing Director of TYLT Ventures, a Venture Capital firm focused on seed, bridge, and A-round investments. GERARD served as the Head of Social Impact/Outreach at STEM Preparatory Schools, leading efforts to unite business leaders and companies in supporting STEM education for all students. Casale also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Kiwibot, a robotic food delivery service. At TYLT, they held the position of Head of Business Affairs/General Counsel. Additionally, they served as a Board of Directors Member for Gamevice, observed the Board of Directors for TodayTix, and was a Partner at Casale Alliance, LLP. GERARD was a Member/Partner at TroyGould PC, specializing in corporate law and managing M&A and IPO transactions. Moreover, Casale founded and served as the CEO of X-Laboratories, a technology incubator based in partnership with Raytheon, GM, and Boeing.

Gerard Casale pursued their education starting in 1985 when they enrolled at Fairfield University. GERARD successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1989. Following this, from 1989 to 1992, they attended Pepperdine Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Law.
