Kris Grzegorzewski

SVP & Global Head Medical Affairs - Hematology & Solid Tumors at Stemline Therapeutics

Kris Grzegorzewski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Starting in 1988, Kris worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy at Howard University. From 1991 to 1997, Kris served as a Principal Investigator at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Following this, Kris joined Human Genome Sciences as an Associate Director of Clinical Oncology from 1997 to 2004. Kris then worked at Centocor as an Associate Director of Clinical Hematology & Oncology, Biologics from 2004 to 2007. At Sanofi, Kris held the position of Director of International Clinical Research, Oncology from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Kris joined Novartis Oncology and held various roles, including Sr. Director of Oncology in U.S. Clinical Development & Medical Affairs from 2009 to 2013, Executive Director of Oncology in U.S. Clinical Development & Medical Affairs from 2013 to 2017, and VP & Head of Solid Tumors in U.S. Oncology Medical from 2017 to 2020.

From 2020 to 2021, Kris worked at Celularity, Inc. as a VP of Clinical Development. Currently, Kris is at Stemline Therapeutics, serving as SVP & Global Head of Clinical Development & Medical Affairs for Solid Tumors since January 2022, and previously as SVP of Clinical Development & Medical Affairs since March 2021.

Kris Grzegorzewski attended Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny (Medical University of Gdańsk) from 1977 to 1983, where they earned a medical degree (MD) in the field of medicine.
