Laura Carter possesses extensive experience in human resources and total rewards across several prominent companies. Currently, Laura Carter serves as the Head of Global Rewards at Menarini Stemline. Prior roles include Head of Total Rewards at Oyster Point Pharma, Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., and Senior Director of Total Rewards at Amneal Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Laura Carter has held key positions at Allergan, including Executive Director of Human Resources, Merger and Acquisition Lead, and Executive Director of Global Compensation and Benefits, as well as Director of Compensation and Benefits.
