Courtney Williams

VP, School Success at STEMscopes Science

Courtney began her career 23 years ago as a classroom teacher. After being honored as teacher of the year in North Texas, she quickly moved into a district science administration role and eventually started her own science resource and professional development company. Empowering educators and arming them with the knowledge and resources to be successtul has always beena passion.

Courtney graduated summa Cum laude from lexas lech University With her BS and later earned her MAIS from University of lexas Arlington in Biology and Chemistry. After obtaining her advanced degree, she was appointed as Director of Gender Equity at UTA and developeda programn with Dallas ISD designed to keep girls interested in STEM. In addition, Courtney led summer programs with TXU energy, taking teachers to Working coal mines and giving them hands-on experiences with the precious resources.

Courtney believes in STEMsCopes and has experienced firsthand the power it can provide to both teachers and scholars. She has been a writer, trainer, sales manager, sales director, VP of Professional Development, and now VP of Sales with the company. With the ability to see and understand so many different points of view, Courtney makes it her personal mission to go above and beyond to do what is best for educators.
