Javier Encinas

SVP, Marketing at STEMscopes Science

Javier began his career with large international corporations where he cut his marketing teeth on product management, branding, new product launches, analysis, sales support strategies, and technology resources. But it was his passion to apply his knowledge to an area that aligned with his ideals that led him to the World of education technology.

In 2004 Javier joined Pearson Education and quickly made his mark helping the company transform its focus from print and textbooks to digital solutions. As Director of Digital Marketing he championed the company's digital portfolio product marketing plans, Javier developed and directed B2B and B2C strategic and brand marketing plans for digital, print, and virtual learning curriculum product portfolios.

HIS professional growth continued With a move to Adaptive Curriculum, an international online math and science software company where, as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, Javier headed up all B2B and B2C marketing, product management, IT, and implementation strategy operations; launched a direct-to-consumer business and eCommerce platform; and developed new market opportunities in Latin America.

Originally native to Arizona, Javier now works in the STEMscopes corporate office, calling ton, Texas home.
