Anna Svedberg

Anna Svedberg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anna started their career as a Restaurant Counsel at McDonald's Corporation from October 2003 to May 2005. Anna then worked as a Nursing Assistant at Kungsbacka kommun from June 2005 to March 2008.

Anna transitioned into retail, working as a Butikssäljare and later as a Butikschef/Personalansvarig at IC Companys from April 2008 to April 2013. Anna was responsible for managing multiple departments and achieving sales targets.

Anna then joined Nordiska Kompaniet as a Butikschef/Personalansvarig at the NK Company store from March 2011 to April 2012. Their responsibilities included recruitment, scheduling, sales training, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Anna also worked as an HR-administrator at Stena Line from June 2014 to September 2014, where they handled crew staffing, contract management, and provided support in the booking system.

Anna later worked as a Rekryteringssupport/Rekryteringsadministratör at Vattenfall Business Services Nordic AB from October 2014 to June 2015, providing administrative support to the recruitment team and contributing to process improvements.

Between June 2015 and June 2016, Anna worked as a Konsult at Föräldraledig/Qwork, where they provided consulting services.

Anna then joined Fasticon as a Rekryteringskonsult/Konsultchef from June to December 2016, specializing in recruitment and interim solutions for the real estate industry.

In 2021, Anna took on the role of Affärsansvarig Rekryterare at TNG from May to October, followed by the role of Talent Acquisition Partner at Stena Line from October 2021 to April 2023, where they supported recruitment and employer branding efforts.

Currently, Anna is working as the Talent & Employer Brand Lead at Stena Line, responsible for establishing and strengthening the employer brand and talent acquisition strategies for the organization.

Anna Svedberg earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Skövde from 2007 to 2010. Anna also obtained another Bachelor's degree in Human Resources during the same period from the same university.
