Helena Öfverström

Helena Öfverström has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Helena is currently working as a Learning & Development Lead at Stena Line, where they focus on developing and integrating learning systems and strategies for the organization. Prior to this, they served as a Product & Development Manager at IHM Business School, where they were responsible for building the education portfolio and developing tailored courses for business professionals. Helena also worked as a Lecturer at the IT University of Gothenburg, where they taught courses related to communication and leadership. Helena also has experience as a Consultant in leadership and communication, running their own company called Dark Horse Consultancy AB. Additionally, they have worked as a Researcher and lecturer in Management at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and as a Project Manager at Wordbank Ltd, where they handled multilingual translations for various clients.

Helena Öfverström earned their Bachelor's degree in Management and Systems from City, University of London in the years 1996 to 1999. Helena then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in International Management at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 1999 to 2001. Later, they completed their Doctor in Economics (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management, General at the same institution from 2001 to 2008.
