Fozia Raja has a long and varied work experience. Fozia began their career in 2004 as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page International (Accountancy Additions Division). In 2006, they moved to Atkins as a Senior Recruitment Resourcer. In 2011, they joined SunGard (Acquired by FIS) as a Resourcing Manager - EMEA, where they were responsible for managing the talent acquisition needs for the Asset Management and Corporate businesses, across EMEA. Fozia was also the Lead Resourcing Manager for the South Africa business, ensuring BEE programme was adhered to. In 2014, they joined HSBC as a Resourcing Lead. In 2015, they joined Sprinklr as the Vice President, Culture & Talent and was later promoted to Chief of Staff, Culture & Talent, where they were responsible for driving operational excellence and effectiveness through the Culture & Talent organisation globally and ensuring alignment with the CEOs office. Fozia also defined Sprinklr's Diversity & Inclusion agenda and led People Analytics & Automations. Finally, in 2022, they joined Stenn Technologies as the Chief People & Culture Officer.

Fozia Raja is currently enrolled at Cornell University, where they are pursuing a degree in Diversity & Inclusion. Fozia also holds a Master of Arts in English - Creative Writing from MMU. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from LinkedIn, including Leading Your Org on a Journey of Allyship (2022), Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader (2019), and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (2019).
