Krishna Magdani has a wealth of work experience beginning with a role as Retail Sales at Seynor Benson in 2013. In 2014, they worked in Hospitality for At Your Service Event Staffing and as a Junior Loans Administrator for Pepper UK. In 2015, they were a Human Resources Administrator for Pepper UK. From 2016 to 2018, they worked in Global HR Operations for Sprinklr, first as a Junior Associate and then as an Associate. In 2018, they were an HR Operations Specialist for UBM plc. From 2019 to 2021, they were an HR Operations Lead for Eurostar and Light & Wonder. Currently, they are an People & Culture Operations Manager for Stenn Technologies.

Krishna Magdani attended Park High School from 2007 to 2011. Krishna then attended Park High Sixth Form from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and HR Management from Birmingham City University.
