Richard Todd

Richard Todd has been working in the financial industry since 1999. Richard began their career as an Associate at White & Case, followed by In-house Counsel roles at Moscow Narodny Bank Limited and VTB Bank Europe plc. In 2006, they returned to White & Case as a Senior Associate. In 2010, they became a Consultant - Legal at JPMorgan Chase and a Director, Structured Capital Markets Legal at Lloyds Banking Group. In 2012, they were a Partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner, where they specialised in structured finance transactions and advised banks, borrowers, and foreign government agencies. In 2016, they became a Partner at Fieldfisher and in 2021, they became Director, Working Capital Solutions at Stenn.

Richard Todd attended the University of Birmingham from 1994 to 1998, where they earned an LLB (Hons) in Law with French. Richard then attended the College of Law, York from 1998 to 1999, where they completed the Legal Practice Course.
