Ruben Mateo Encinas

Ruben Mateo Encinas has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ruben began their career in 2014 as a Tourist Guide at ALSA, where they specialized in day trips in Granada, Spain, and focused on improving the customer experience through feedback. In 2018, Ruben joined PADI as a Customer Relations Associate, providing after-sales services and technical support to various markets. Ruben built strong relationships with stakeholders and processed membership renewals and material replacement orders. In 2020, Ruben transitioned to Huawei Mobile UK, first as a Training and Self-Service Manager and then as part of the Service Operations team, responsible for e-commerce. Ruben joined Stenn Technologies in 2023 as a Fraud Analyst.

Ruben Mateo Encinas pursued their education starting in 2010, when they enrolled at Universidad de Granada. Ruben studied Modern Languages and completed their degree in this field of study in 2015. Later, from 2015 to 2018, Ruben attended Shanghai University, where they focused on International Trade and earned a degree in Economics.
