Rui E. has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Rui began their career in 1998 as a Systems Administrator and Operator for Infomania SI. In 2001, they joined Thomson Reuters - Risk Management (now Finastra) as a Systems Integrator and subsequently held roles as Head of 3rd Level Support, Support Manager, and Global Head of 3rd Level Support. In 2012, they moved to Misys (now Finastra) as Global Head of Engineering Support and then to Turaz (now Finastra) as Global Head of 3rd Level Support. In 2016, they joined Finastra as Vice President, Retail Banking Support and Global Head of Support, FusionBanking Core and Digital Channels. In 2020, they began working at Kyriba as VP, Global Client Support, and in 2022 they were appointed Global Head of Customer Support and Customer Success at Stenn Technologies.

Rui E. obtained a Licenciatura in Informatica from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa between 1994 and 1998. In June 2022, they obtained a certification in Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn.
