Mikkel Aagaard

Mikkel Aagaard is a research assistant at Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus, focusing on improving the quality of life for individuals with multiple chronic conditions through the “Fleksible Multidisciplinære Teamkonferencer” project. Responsibilities include qualitative data collection, analysis, and writing research articles. Mikkel has also supported user involvement initiatives and conducted social oversight for Esbjerg Kommune, while gaining experience as a student helper and intern in various roles related to social services, including participant observation and report preparation. Mikkel holds a master's degree in Human Security and a bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a minor in Humanistic Technology Development from Aarhus University, alongside prior experience in hospitality and community engagement.
