What You'll Do:

We're looking for an incredible Marketing Leader.

This role will run Marketing, report to our CEO, take the reins of our marketing strategy, and propel Stensul’s growth. In this leadership role, you’ll work alongside our executive team to shape and execute a strategy that builds our brand awareness, drives demand, and establishes Stensul as the #1 marketing creation platform. You'll play a pivotal role in defining our messaging, spearheading product launches, and leading a high-performing team passionate about driving market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a bold marketing strategy that accelerates growth, solidifies our leadership in marketing creation solutions, and propels us into new markets.
• Oversee creative, brand positioning, and messaging initiatives that elevate Stensul’s identity in the industry.
• Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, translating them into actionable strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with product teams to launch impactful products and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and demand.
• Build a Winning Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a top-tier marketing team, creating an environment of growth, creativity, and collaboration.
• Partner with leadership as a member of the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring we all share in Stensul’s success.
• Set KPIs, track performance, and use data to refine strategies and improve the impact of marketing campaigns.
• Drive the development of key partnerships that expand our reach, generate co-marketing opportunities, and enhance Stensul’s market presence.

Qualifications:

• Prior proven experience in marketing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within B2B tech or SaaS companies.
• Prior experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies that introduce innovative solutions, positioning the brand as a leader in emerging categories
• You’re an exceptional team-builder. You attract top talent and have proven experience leading high performing teams
• Deep experience with digital marketing, content strategy, marketing automation, and leveraging data to drive decisions.
• Strong background in Enterprise SaaS, with a solid understanding of B2B sales motions and go-to-market strategies.
• A creative, results-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
