Lucy Campbell is an experienced educator who has held various teaching and leadership roles in different schools. Currently, Lucy works as a Year 6 Teacher and Lead for Reading at STEP Academy Trust, where Lucy also serves as a Year 5 Class teacher. Prior to this, Lucy was the Head Teacher at King's Oak Primary School and the Head of School at Forest Academy. Lucy has also worked as an Interim Year 6 teacher at Alderbrook Primary School and Castle Hill. Lucy's background includes a BA (Hons) in English Literature & Religious Studies & Theology from the University of Roehampton.

STEP Academy Trust currently comprises of seven members - Applegarth Academy, David Livingstone Academy, La Fontaine Academy, Gonville Academy, Wolsey Junior Academy, Angel Oak Academy and Heathfield Academy. The name, an acronym, reflects the aspirational nature of the organisation - Striving Together for Excellence in Partnership.
