Alicia Pearson

Alicia Pearson currently serves as the Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Step Ahead ABA since May 2023. Previously, Alicia held the position of Clinical Director, BCBA, Team Lead, and ABA therapist at Cornerstone Autism Center from May 2012 to June 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Associate and Key Carrier at Payless ShoeSource from June 2009 to May 2012, and as a note-taking assistant for the Disability Resource Center at Purdue University in late 2011. An internship at the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism in 2011 involved providing individual therapy and developing educational lesson plans. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University (2008-2012).
