Kirsten St Germaine, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA has a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis, holding the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Step Ahead ABA. Prior to this, Kirsten worked as a Senior Director of Clinical Services at Behavioral Innovations and Clinical Supervisor at Autism Spectrum Therapies.
