Tara Boucher

Ms. Boucher has served as the vice-president, human resources of STEP since March 2022. She has over 25 years’ experience in human resources and finance, with complementary expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and executive compensation. Before joining STEP as director, human resources in June 2021, Ms. Boucher held progressively senior roles in the finance and human resources departments at Crescent Point Energy Corp., most recently as vice-president, human resources, as well as manager, financial reporting at TAQA North Ltd. and vice president, finance at Tenon USA. Prior to, Ms. Boucher worked for the audit departments of KPMG LLP and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, with engagements across a wide range of industries in Calgary and New Zealand. She is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.
