Shahab Sean Peikari M.ed.

Shahab Sean Peikari, M.Ed., BCBA, LPC, LBA, currently serves as the Regional Clinical Director at Step Forward ABA since August 2025 and has been the Owner of Dynamic Behavioral Health LLC since May 2018. Previous roles include Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers for ABA Therapy for Autism from June 2023 to August 2025, Clinical Manager at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education from September 2021 to September 2022, and Director of Clinical Services at ART | Autism Response Team from August 2020 to September 2021. Shahab also held BCBA positions at Autism Response Team-TX and Centria Healthcare, along with serving as Quality Care Coordinator at The Child’s Path and Licensed Professional Counselor Intern at Therapy and Beyond. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Adult Counseling from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
