Nikita Cowan

Nikita Cowan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and accounting. Currently serving as the Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting at Step Forward since January 2019, Nikita is responsible for communicating and executing the agency's strategic plan. Previously held the position of Senior Accountant at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland from January 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included assisting executives with reporting requirements and performing budget analyses. Earlier experience includes serving as a Grant Accountant Specialist at University Hospitals of Cleveland and as an Accountant at Dingus & Daga, Inc., focusing on grant management and budget proposals. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accountancy from The University of Akron.
