Alexander Spiridonov has extensive experience in customer service and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service at Step Logic since February 2018. Prior to this role, Alexander held various positions at Huawei from May 2005 to April 2017, including Service Project Manager, Customer Support Manager, Product Line Manager, and Engineer. Alexander began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at MTU-Intel from September 2004 to April 2005. Educationally, Alexander possesses degrees from the Institute of Cryptography, Communications and Informatics and the Academy of Federal Security Service of Russia, both completing studies from 2000 to 2005.
