Sergey Kapliy

Sergey Kapliy has a strong background in computing systems and storage. Sergey began their career at Yartelecom Service in 2000 as a Senior System Engineer. Sergey then moved on to CenterTelecom Yaroslavl, where they served as the Head of Customer Support from 2003 to 2006. From there, Sergey joined Kvazar-Micro as the Head of the storage and data processing systems division in Russia. Sergey continued their career at SITRONICS IT, serving as the Head of the storage and data processing systems division. In 2009, they were promoted to Senior System Architect and later became the Head of Technical Architecture Division of Utilities Department at Technoserv A/S. In 2011, Sergey joined TopS BI as the Head of Infrastructure solution Department, where they successfully led the analysis, design, and development of integrated technology solutions. Currently, they are serving as the Head of computing systems and storage Department at Step Logic.

Sergey Kapliy pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with their undergraduate studies at Yaroslavl Demidov State University. From 1995 to 2000, they attended the university and excelled in their studies, obtaining a degree in Physics, with honors. Following their undergraduate education, Sergey continued their academic journey at Ivanovo State University, where they undertook a PhD program from 2000 to 2004. Sergey focused their research on mathematical simulation and successfully pursued a PhD, earning the distinguished title of "Candidate of Physico-mathematical Sciences."
