Ruslan Desyatnikov

Ruslan Desyatnikov is the founder and CEO of QA Mentor, Inc., a leading independent software testing company that was founded in 2010. Ruslan is also an official member of Forbes Technology Council since 2017. In 2017, they became the CEO of TestMatick, where they provided direction and leadership to achieve the organization's goals. In 2020, they became the co-founder and CEO of STEP OneStepAhead, a QA Mentor company, where they managed operations and sales strategies. In 2021, they co-founded Geniuskidszone, which aims to bridge the gap in the education system for children aged 10-18. Prior to these roles, Ruslan held various executive positions at Citi, Sterling Infosystems, and HSBC, where they managed global testing projects and budgets. Ruslan Desyatnikov began their education in 1994 at Baruch College, where they pursued a BA in Computer Information System. Ruslan attended the university for four years and completed their degree in 1998.

In 2002, Ruslan furthered their education by enrolling in the University of Phoenix, where they pursued an MBA in Technology Management. Ruslan studied there for three years, completing their degree in 2005.

Ruslan also obtained an Associate Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Ruslan attended the university from 2003 to 2004.
