Chantelle Hopes PGCE is an experienced resource consultant at Step Teachers Ltd since May 2021, having previously served as a Special Education Teacher with Norfolk County Council from September 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included teaching a diverse group of nine students aged 12-15 and leading a team of six adults. Prior to this, Chantelle worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Jarrold Norwich from July 2018 to August 2019, providing friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Education and Special Needs from Bishop Grosseteste University (2012-2015) and additional studies at UCL (2017-2018), Paston Sixth Form College (A levels, 2010-2012), and Acle Academy (GCSEs).
