Jim Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and coaching. Since June 2007, Jim Baker has been the owner and transformational coach at Jim Baker Global, specializing in mentoring individuals toward financial freedom through proven business models. As Deputy Branch Manager at Step Teachers Ltd since April 2013, Jim Baker has contributed to the recruitment of quality teaching and classroom support staff. Prior experience includes a decade at Phones 4u, culminating in the role of General Manager and overseeing new store openings, as well as managerial roles at McDonald's Corporation and Norwich Sports Village. Jim Baker holds a Btec National Diploma in Institutional Operations from City College Norwich.
