Karen Hobbs

Karen is the Vice President of Operations of Marsh & McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Florida Region. Karen is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and oversight for the regions operations resources. She partners with business leaders on overall strategic direction while identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and improve the quality of how they operate as a business. Her key areas of focus are improving the colleague and client experience.

Karen has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida and is passionate about supporting Junior Achievement of South Florida.
