Shawn Lisle

Shawn Lisle serves as the Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Stepan Company, advising on governance, regulatory, and transactional matters while overseeing legal and regulatory functions. Prior to this role, Shawn held executive legal positions at Uline and Kaman Corporation, where responsibilities included general counsel and chief compliance officer roles. Shawn's extensive legal experience encompasses employee benefits, litigation, M&A, and securities, gained through roles with International Paper and Dana Incorporated, as well as a foundation in private practice at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. Educational qualifications include multiple Master of Laws degrees in governance, risk management, compliance, tax law, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron.
