Jordana Lambert

Jordana Lambert is an experienced PMO Analyst at StepChange Debt Charity, where responsibilities include implementing resource capacity and demand plans and leading key meetings on resource planning and portfolio governance since January 2015. Previously, Jordana served in various roles at the charity, including PMO Support Officer and Debt Advisor, providing budgeting advice to clients in financial difficulty. With a background in customer service and data verification at EMaC, alongside research assistant positions at the University of Chester focused on psychology, Jordana has developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Bolton Institute.
