Matt North

Matt North is an experienced professional in information governance and data protection, currently serving as the Data Protection Officer at StepChange Debt Charity since May 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Information Compliance Officer at the University of Oxford from September 2019 to May 2022 and worked at Veritau as both Senior Information Governance Officer and Information Governance Officer between March 2016 and August 2019. Matt North holds a Master’s Degree in Early Modern History and a Bachelor's Degree in Reformation History, both from Canterbury Christ Church University.
