Paul Lonsdale

Paul Lonsdale serves as the Service Desk Team Leader at StepChange Debt Charity since November 2023, managing a seven-person first-line support team within a large financial services organization. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at CMS Distribution and StepChange Debt Charity, including Service Desk Lead Engineer and Solutions Support Technician, where responsibilities included frontline technical support and service improvement initiatives. With a background as a Debt Advisor, Paul contributed to knowledge management and system implementation, alongside holding roles in data administration and quality monitoring at Lantern. Paul holds an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration and Management from Qube Learning and a Foundation degree in Journalism and Media Production from The University of Huddersfield.
