Erika Alessandrini

Erika Alessandrini is a seasoned leadership coach and facilitator at Aileron since June 2019, specializing in professional management to unlock business potential. As the founder and president of Strategies for Success, LLC, since May 2015, Erika holds multiple certifications including Certified Professional Coach and Conversational Intelligence Certified Coach. Erika has also worked as a certified executive coach at Stephanie Wood Group since December 2017. Previously, Erika served as National Sales Director at SureWerx from August 2015 to August 2017, and as Director of Outside Sales at Integrated Supply Network from January 2014 to May 2015, achieving significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Before these roles, Erika was Vice President at K-Tool Corporation from April 1994 to December 2014, overseeing one of the largest tool and equipment distributors in the country. Erika is an alumna of Eastern Michigan University.
