Andrew Thompson is a seasoned lighting designer with extensive experience in high-profile projects and leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Stephens Design Group since October 2014, Andrew previously held the position of Senior Director of Lighting Design at Abercrombie & Fitch, where responsibilities included designing lighting for international Hollister and flagship stores across major global cities. Prior roles included Lighting Designer and Project Manager at Renfro Design Group, Inc., where notable projects featured Yankee Stadium and renovations of the United Nations and Abercrombie & Fitch flagship stores. Andrew's early career included pivotal projects at Fisher Marantz Stone, contributing to renovations of Radio City Music Hall and the J. Paul Getty Center. Andrew's work has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award and several IESNY Lumen Awards. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a Certificate of Historic Preservation from the College of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning.
