Jennifer Ball

Jennifer Ball has a long and varied work experience. Jennifer began their career in 1997 as a Client Relations Coordinator at Retirement Capital Advisors, where they serviced client needs and maintained positive relationships with a large customer base. Jennifer also planned and managed recognition events and seminars for 600+ clients, and created a consistent marketing image by facilitating the redesign of the corporate logo.

In 2001, Jennifer moved on to EMI Network, where they held the roles of VP Marketing/Communications, Director of Marketing, and Manager-Sales Support. As VP Marketing/Communications, they created and monitored sales budgets for 20 account executives, collaborated with management teams on annual company goals, and developed and implemented infrastructure to support publisher relationships and processes. As Director of Marketing, they maintained an extensive database comprised of current and past advertisers, and as Manager-Sales Support, they assisted the COO with all sales and marketing operations and generated sales reports for upper management and account executives.

Most recently, Jennifer has been working at Stephens Direct since 2011, where they have held the roles of Chief Operations Officer & EVP and Executive Vice President.

Jennifer Ball attended Wright State University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication.
