Chad Greenway

Chad Greenway has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chad'smost recent role was as Principal and Executive Vice President at The Stephens Group, LLC since June 2018. Chad also served as a Board Member at Summit Industrial since October 2020 and at TierPoint since December 2022. Previously, Chad worked as the Chief Financial Officer at PetroSkills from February 2013 to May 2018. Chad held the position of Executive Vice President at Rave Reviews Cinemas from December 2009 to December 2012. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as Managing Director of Verto Partners from September 2006 to December 2009. Chad was also a Principal at MHT Partners in 2005 and an Associate at Wasserstein Perella from 2000 to 2004. Chad started their career as an Analyst at Banc of America Securities in 1999.

Chad Greenway attended Catholic High School from 1990 to 1994. After completing high school, they enrolled at Texas Christian University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting. Chad pursued their undergraduate studies at the university's M.J. Neeley School of Business.
