Ema Vaitkute

Ema Vaitkute is a legal professional with a comprehensive background in housing, real estate, and court case administration. Currently serving as a National Representative for the Cornwall Junior Lawyers Division since May 2024, Ema also works as a Real Estate Paralegal at Stephens Scown since August 2023. Previous roles include Housing and Homelessness Paralegal at Lawstop, Court Duty Desk responsibilities at Truro and Bodmin County Courts, and a Housing Specialist position at Citizens Advice Cornwall. Ema began a legal career as a Legal Assistant at Furse Sanders Solicitors and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the West of England, along with a Level 3 Extended Business Diploma from Truro and Penwith College.
