Eve Hebbron is a solicitor in the Inheritance and Trust Disputes team based in Truro. Eve joined the firm in February 2019 and has worked in the field of civil litigation for over 7 years.

Eve specialises in estate and trust disputes, disputes relating to attorneys and in advising individuals on the breakdown of their unmarried relationship, particularly where there is a dispute regarding property and finances.

Eve completed her LLB degree at Northumbria University and qualified as a Solicitor in 2012.

Eve’s day to day work includes representing clients in respect of challenges and disputes relating to Wills; challenges to estates under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; claims under the doctrine of proprietary estoppel; advising on trustee and executor disputes; claims against attorneys or personal representatives for fraud or financial abuse; advising on disputes relating to powers of attorney and disputes over the ownership of properties following the breakdown of a non-marital relationship.

Away from work she enjoys exploring the coastal walks around the Lizard and eating out at local restaurants as well as stand-up paddle boarding.
