Monica Duque

Monica is a trainee solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. Monica assists the team with work in debt recovery, IT contracts, and business disputes. Monica studied at the University of Exeter from 2017-2020 and completed the LPC with the University of Law at the Exeter Campus, achieving a distinction.

Monica was involved with the Access to Justice clinic at the University during the pandemic in 2020 and assisted with a variety of disputes between individuals involving debt recovery, and landlord and tenant disputes. Monica is a Scout leader at her local Scouts group and helps young people between 10-14 years old achieve their potential and learn important life skills.

Outside of work Monica enjoys exploring new places across the UK, climbing, and reading a variety of different genres of books.
