Ivan Fedorov

Ivan Fedorov has diversified work experience, starting from their role as Engineer Technician at Pozitronika in 2006, where they were responsible for the configuration, testing, and installation of server and desktop hardware components. Ivan then worked as a GIS Specialist at Vologda city Administration from 2007 to 2018, where they automated and optimized management systems for geospatial data using their expertise in aerial photography processing, GIS/CAD automation, and administration. Ivan also worked as a Japanese private tutor from 2015 to 2019, providing comprehensive language education, and preparing students for successful entry into Japanese universities. Ivan's next role was as a BackOffice/DevOps Engineer at Orange Business Services Russia from 2018 to 2021, where they excelled in administering top-tier DBMS, optimizing system performance, and resource allocation. Their most recent position at EPAM Systems, starting from 2021 until mid-2023, was as a DevOps/Systems Engineer, where they migrated infrastructure from on-premises to Azure with CI/CD pipelines, established CI/CD requirements and automated build processes for secure application delivery, and provided documentation and ongoing support for business support tools in various projects. In 2023, Ivan became a Senior DevOps Engineer at SteppeChange.

Ivan Fedorov received their Diploma as a Specialist in Geological Engineering from Vologda State Technical University from 2001-2006. Ivan also obtained multiple certifications in various areas of cloud computing, DevOps, and Linux management from A Cloud Guru | A Pluralsight Company starting from 2023.
