Jeldau Rieff

Jeldau Rieff is an experienced professional in the fields of quality assurance, program management, and youth empowerment. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Director and Program Manager at Stepping Stones International since 2016, Jeldau focuses on improving children's and women's rights in Botswana through advocacy, research, and system strengthening. Prior to this role, Jeldau worked as a consultant at Andersson Elffers Felix from 2008 to 2016, contributing expertise in community improvement and public policy. Previous experience includes serving as a case manager at Bureau Jeugdzorg, a psychologist intern at Mesos Medical Center, and a policy officer intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Jeldau holds a postgraduate degree in Change Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an MSc in Clinical and Health Psychology from Utrecht University, alongside ongoing studies for a Master’s in Development Practice at the University of Botswana.
