Michael Bajda

Mr. Bajda is StepStone’s Head of Talent Acquisition driving the delivery of the Firm’s global staffing needs and talent recruitment strategies.

Prior to StepStone, Mr. Bajda has over 13 years leading Talent Acquisition teams at Global firms such MUFG/Bank of Mitsubishi, AIG and UBS, executing on delivery and strategies across Investment Banking, Asset Management and the variety of functional support teams. He has leadership experience across the key experience levels, including Campus, Lateral, and Executive Recruitment, while driving critical initiatives around Sourcing, Attraction, Evaluation and Diversity. Prior to a career in Human Resources, Mr. Bajda spent three years in Accounting with Global CPG firm Diageo and before joining the private workforce, Mr. Bajda spent time in the Detroit Tigers system as an aspiring professional athlete.
