Rick Pagsibigan Sphr

Rick Pagsibigan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Rick currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at StepStone Hospitality, where they lead the organization's people strategy and shapes its culture. Prior to this role, Rick held positions as the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Director of Human Resources at StepStone Hospitality.
