Deborah Lally

Deborah Lally has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Deborah is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at The Stepstone Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Talent Director and Talent Director at Talentful from 2021 to 2022. Deborah also held the position of Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, EMEA at Groupon from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Talent Manager (contract) at The Office Group in 2017 and as an Attraction and Talent Manager at Vodafone from 2016 to 2017. Deborah also served as the Future Talent Acquisition Manager at Arcadia Group Ltd from 2012 to 2016. Deborah's earlier experience includes roles such as Client Services Manager at Alexander Mann Solutions from 2008 to 2012 and Resourcing Manager at Aviva Investors from 2009 to 2012. Deborah started their career as a Recruiter at JLL in 2008 and then worked as a Recruitment Manager at HSBC from 2008 to 2009.

Deborah Lally holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Economics and Finance, which they obtained from RMIT University from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Genazzano FCJ College from 1991 to 1996, where they completed their VCE education. Additionally, Deborah achieved the Advanced Award in Human Resources from the CIPD in May 2014.
